A biryani franchise chain with 30+ outlets had managers manually calculating raw material consumption — rice, berista, masalas — every single day. Complex math done under pressure, highly error-prone. The owner had zero central visibility into what was happening across locations and couldn't catch discrepancies.
A mobile-first PWA where managers log ONE number (kg produced today), and the system automatically calculates all raw material consumption based on pre-configured recipes. The franchise owner gets a real-time dashboard aggregating data across all 30+ outlets.

A video editing startup's entire operation collapsed when their single data manager left. 10+ WhatsApp groups and one shared Excel file tracked 9 editors, 18+ clients, and 300+ monthly deliverables. Without the manager, the spreadsheet broke — client delivery became impossible to track, and payroll couldn't be calculated. Passwords were shared, data was messy, accountability was zero.
A role-based operations platform with 4 portals (Owner, Manager, Employee, Client View). Mandatory shift wrap-up gateway means editors can't log off without submitting what they did. Client quotas tracked in real-time. Payroll calculates automatically at milestone triggers. Phone OTP login prevents credential sharing entirely.
